Websites we keep running.

Not most of what we do these days — but still fully available. Mostly upkeep on sites already in our care — plugin fixes, troubleshooting, report development — with fixed-scope builds when someone needs one. Any industry.

Keeping sites running.

Mostly this is upkeep: sites already running that need someone to keep them that way. You do not have to have had us build it.

What it covers

  • Plugin and platform updates, applied and checked rather than left to auto-update
  • Breakage triaged and fixed — forms, checkouts, integrations that stopped talking
  • Report development: the numbers you need pulled into something you can actually read
  • Content and design changes, submitted as requests and worked through in order
  • Paid advertising and social media management. We run neither.
  • Reconciling readers across systems — that is membership systems work.

Monthly, not per-ticket

Care plan$500/mo
One request active at a time, worked through in order.
Priority care$800/mo
Two in parallel, faster turnaround. For sites that change often.
Managed hosting$75/mo
Optional. Your site stays live, updated, and backed up.

Pause or cancel anytime. No minimum term.

One project, one price, handed over.

Ongoing care

What is in the build, and what is not.

Most builds go from the first call to a live site in about three weeks. Everything below is settled in writing before work starts, so the scope is a document rather than a conversation you have to remember.

Included in every build

  • Four pages: a homepage, an About page, a Contact page, and one primary landing page
  • A discovery call, then a written scope stating exactly what gets built before anything does
  • Custom design — not a theme dressed up
  • Development and launch support
  • Two rounds of revisions, to shape the site to what you actually need before it goes live
  • Ownership at launch: the code, the content, and the domain are yours outright, nothing locked behind a platform

Not included — by design

  • Pages beyond the four in scope. More is possible, and it is quoted before it is built rather than absorbed quietly.
  • Changes after the two included revision rounds — those are what a monthly care plan covers, and it can be paused or cancelled anytime.
  • Hosting, unless you add managed hosting. Otherwise the site is yours to host wherever you like.
  • Reconciling readers across systems. If a reader pays in one place and gets access from another, that is membership systems work — most of what we do — not something a page can fix.
  • Paid advertising and social media management. We run neither.

Clear milestones, no surprises.

Step 1

Talk

A short call to understand your business, what the site needs to do, and what success looks like.

Step 2

Scope

A written brief that spells out exactly what gets built, what does not, and what it costs.

Step 3

Build

Design and development move forward with regular check-ins, clear milestones, and no black holes.

Step 4

Launch

Your site goes live with ownership of the code, the content, and the domain in your hands.

Membership Systems

Most of our work is membership systems now. If your systems disagree about who your readers are — someone pays in one place, gets access from another — a website will not reconcile them. That engagement starts with a diagnosis rather than a design.

Let's talk about your site.

Upkeep on a site you already have, or a new build. Either way: a written scope with a fixed price attached.
