One resolution layer between your systems: when a reader subscribes, donates, updates, or cancels, every system updates automatically.

• Where readers need one: an account hub with one sign-in for everything they have
• An admin view where staff set levels and what each unlocks
• Reporting from one record
• Testing by your staff as readers in every status
• A handover your staff can run without me: runbooks, alerts, and an admin view for common fixes

Not included: Replacing your platforms, or ongoing monitoring.

Starts from: A working integration, usually mine.

Platforms change: an API deprecated, a plan renamed, a vendor acquired. Automated checks watch the connections that carry reader status. When one moves, I fix it.
